Los Courts | An Exhibit about the Alazan-Apache Court

Please join the Westside Preservation Alliance and the Esperanza Peace & Justice Center for the opening of the new exhibit “Los Courts,” which documents the history of the Alazan-Apache Courts, San Antonio’s oldest and largest public housing development.

Opening Reception: Saturday, September 22, 4-6pm at the Alazan Community Room at 1011 S. Brazos St.

Highlighting the Alazan-Apache Court’ origins during the Great Depression, the exhibit explores life at Los Courts and the role they play in providing housing in the Westside. The celebration will include refreshments y convivencia.

The exhibit will remain on view at the Community Room through Friday, October 26th. Exhibit Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-4pm.
