Join us for a virtual cooking workshop with Dr. Lilliana P. Saldaña – Taller Chicomecoatl: Mexican Indigenous Plant-based Foods. This is the final workshop of the 3-part series covering the basic building blocks of Indigenous Mexican foods, including salsas, beans, maíz and their many uses and culinary variations.
Admission for this virtual workshop is $3-$10 sliding scale. We are continuing to raise funds to help sustain the advocacy work and cultural arts programming of the Esperanza during this time.
