Noche Azul: El Regreso a la Raiz

Join us Saturday, October 21 at 8 PM for our monthly Noche Azul concert where Azul will return to her roots as a solo performance artist. She will perform different songs with a variety of instruments, ranging from genres such as Traditional World Music to urban modern alternative music. Azul will also be performing orignal songs!

Take a sneak peek into Azul’s musical soul for a moment where you’ll find different influences, songs, thoughts, and concepts that mingle together pieced only by her imagination and love.

Doors open at 7:30 PM. Tickets are $7 at the door, but any more donations are appreciated. Seating is first-come first-served. Concessions will be available for purchase.

Parking is available at San Antonio College in lots 21, 28, 29.

Featuring a new theme and musical lineup each month, Noche Azul showcases traditional Mexican songs while highlighting the cultural influences and interconnections between Latin America, Spain and Mexico through multi-media story telling and song. The songs and genres of Noche Azul have included boleros, rancheras, folk music, jazz as well as electronic music.
