A message from Azul about this month’s performance: “Before Boleros, we had Tangos” is something that my grandmother used to say to my mother. My grandmother belonged to the Lost Generation; ella cantaba de todo pero Tangos had a very special place in her heart, she was so passionate about them that she often cried when she sang them.
