Noche Azul: Cantinflas

Join us on SUNDAY June 25, 2017 at 4 PM for this month’s Noche Azul. Azul will pay homage through music to Latin America’s most celebrated and loved comic actor and the man Charlie Chaplin once called “the world’s greatest comedian” – Cantinflas.

Musicians: Azul with Aaron Prado, George Prado and Nina Rodriguez.

Featuring a new theme and musical lineup each month, Noche Azul showcases traditional Mexican songs while highlighting the cultural influences and interconnections between Latin America, Spain and Mexico through multi-media story telling and song. The songs and genres of Noche Azul have included boleros, rancheras, folk music, jazz, as well as electronic music.

Doors open at 3:15 PM. Tickets are $7 at the door but any more donations are appreciated. Seating is first-come first-served. Concessions will be available for purchase.
Parking is available at San Antonio College in lots 21, 28, 29.
