The event is FREE, open to the public and family-friendly.
We will have workshops such as piñata making, live music and performances, games, vendors, community partners y mucho más, so make sure you attend what promises to be a fun-filled and educational experience based in community.
Museo del Westside
We will offer a sneak preview into San Antonio’s first community participatory museum, El Museo del Westside. For several years, Westside community members have worked with the Esperanza to create el Museo del Westside in the renovated Ruben’s Icehouse and new adobe gallery addition. Although the grand opening of the Museo will come later this year, we want you to have a sneak preview and share your thoughts about the future exhibits and collections. Share stories of your family, and our querido Westside barrio.
