DESCRIPTION:35th Annual International Peace Market • Mercado de Paz\nFriday\, Saturday and Sunday\,  November 29\, 30 and December 1. \nFriday & Saturday from 10am to 6pm • \nSunday from 12pm to 6pm\n\n\n\n\nClick To See What You Will Find At This Year’s Peace Market!\n\n\n\n\n\nWe need volunteers! Sign up and see how you can help.\n\n\n\nSince the beginning\, the Peace Market has combined the arts with social consciousness\, international and cultural exchange and economic empowerment. The Mercado provides an alternative to Black Friday where goods are mass produced and where individuals fight traffic\, long lines and shop within a stressful environment. The Peace Market instead\, offers attendees the opportunity to shop leisurely\, visit and exchange directly with the creators of the gifts they will be purchasing and run into family and friends who are also interested in supporting artisans with a social justice sensibility.\n\nThe market will offer live music from over 15 local performers on Friday\, Saturday and Sunday and affordable and delicious food options all 3 days. Esperanza will be holding an hourly raffle for the beautiful goods donated by the artists.\n\nWe are excited to announce that this year over 80 local artists and artisans will offer their handmade wares. The closest is Lot #28 on the corner of Evergreen St. and Maverick St. The Peace Market is on Evergreen St. \nThere is additional parking for persons with physical disabilities at the Planned Parenthood Parking Lot next to the Esperanza off of San Pedro Avenue. Please make sure an attendant places a Parking Pass on your dashboard.
