DESCRIPTION:“Xicana Feminist Approaches To Community-Based Research Methods” \nDr. Lilliana Saldaña \nJoin Dr. Lilliana Saldaña\, associate professor of Mexican American Studies at UTSA and co-director of the M.A.S. Teachers’ Academy. In this workshop\, participants will learn Fotomemoria Methodology\, a Xicana memory-work approach to documenting and analyzing photos. We ask that participants bring three photos of their own that will be integrated into their family or community archive. \nFebruary 15\, 2025\, 10am – 12pm \n—– \nPlease register for this event.
